Do I need any technical knowledge to use SecBridge?
None at all. Our services are designed for business owners, not IT professionals. We explain everything in plain English and never assume you know technical terms.
Will you need access to my systems or network?
For assessments, we work from information you provide. For setup and configuration work, we'll guide you through what's needed step by step — you stay in control throughout.
What size business is SecBridge for?
We work with businesses from sole traders up to around 50 employees. Our sweet spot is the 2–20 person business that handles customer data but hasn't yet had any formal security review.
How is payment handled?
Payment is by bank transfer after you've confirmed you're happy to proceed. We send a simple invoice. No payment is taken at the enquiry stage.
What if I can't fix everything in the report?
That's fine and very common. We prioritise findings by risk level and tell you which things can wait. For anything you can't do yourself, we can set it up for you as part of the service.
Is my information kept confidential?
Absolutely. All information you share with SecBridge is strictly confidential. We never share client details or findings with any third party.
